Being from Richmond, Virginia originally, I was thrilled when Alex and Amber reached out to me about shooting their special day. I knew the Quirk Hotel in Historic Downtown Richmond would lend itself beautifully to the type of artsy, esoteric vibe they had envisioned. I was happy to find that both Alex and Amber were extremely laid back and open to a number of my more unconventional ideas for truly encapsulating the unique vibe they fashioned for their wedding. Surrounded by lots and lots of exuberant friends (including their phenomenal efficient), we were able to produce timeless images loaded with special details and a hint of whimsy.
